I had my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery done in Dec 2024. I started taking physiotherapy sessions from Dr. Kareem post surgery. From the very first session, he guided me very well.
The early stages of rehab were challenging, with a strong emphasis on reducing swelling, restoring mobility, and managing pain. He guided me through gentle range-of-motion exercises and encouraged me to stay consistent.

Very good physiotherapist. I went here for numbness in thigh, Dr. Found exact reason for the same, and suggested treatment. Very reasonable as well as Dr is also expert in his field. I have been taking physiotherapy sessions with Asif sir and it has been really helpful with my knee pain and strength. I had tried a few physiotherapists before I went to Asif sir. His diagnosis is really good and he is very sincere with his treatment. I happen to call Dr Asif when I was in pain due to muscle spasm on a Sunday (when most of the therapist are unavailable) however, Dr Asif provided his expert service on a Sunday, followed by additional 2 appointments where he provided right guidance along with the treatment. I visited for my leg injury 🦵 because of my hectic gym schedule . I approached doctor Asif few week back , and the treatment of physiotherapy was giving me recovery very well . As I used to take more pain killers but after few sessions taking here I feel much better and relax
Now I can walk run and do my regular gym

V Good experience .I visited the clinic as I had continuous swelling since two months on a fractured toe . Dr.Asif gave me wax therapy,laser therapy and manual therapy on the toe .I got too much relief .
